Your Role:

We are seeking a Landscape Operations Supervisor who is ready to take on a leadership role within our growing company. As you contribute to our success, you will also have opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Management: You will be actively involved in overseeing job sites, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment.
  • Team Organization: You will structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep the team focused and on task.
  • Support and Training: You will provide solutions for staff challenges and ensure team members receive necessary training.
  • Daily Operations: You will ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.

Success Metrics:

Compensation and Benefits:
