BMW Technology Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a BMW Technology Ambassador at BMW of South Austin. Located at 5501 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd, Austin, Texas 78744, this role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers at the beginning of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, determine their vehicle preferences, and educate them on current product line options and basic product specifications.
- Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers.
- Educate customers on optional equipment available for purchase and answer questions about the vehicle, technology, and features.
- Conduct test drives and facility tours to showcase our products and services.
- Provide assistance to customers as needed and work closely with sales personnel to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI at or above Company standards.
- Participate in required training and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is desired, with advanced technology skills.
- A valid driver's license is required, and an automobile salesperson license is an asset.
- Basic computer skills are necessary to utilize the timekeeping system, and the ability to learn web-based applications for customer management is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and company personnel.
Working Environment:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods, and moving around the company facilities and outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
