Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate program documentation, including attendance records and participant feedback.
  • Manage program supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to participants with varying abilities, adapting curriculum to meet their needs.
  • Plan and execute art exhibitions and displays, showcasing participants' work within the community.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of teaching or instructional experience, preferably in a community setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are essential for running effective programs.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with our diverse community.
  • Commitment to RiseBoro's mission, vision, and values, including a demonstrated understanding of institutional and structural racism and bias.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred. We welcome applicants with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to supporting underserved communities.
