Position: Restorative Nurse (LPN)

Overview:

Lynwood Nursing Home is seeking a skilled Restorative Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Restorative Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement restorative care plans to promote patients' health and well-being
  • Assess patient health and coordinate restorative nursing programs within the facility
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as required
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to integrate restorative care with other healthcare services
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding restorative care processes
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding restorative nursing practices

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of AL
  • Experience in restorative care or a similar rehabilitative nursing role
  • Strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
