Position Summary

As a Field Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding customer relationships while driving sales growth within your designated region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional eager to represent a renowned company in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop a strategic sales plan aimed at acquiring new clients and sustaining current accounts.
  • Effectively manage your sales territory, forecast sales, and cultivate strong business relationships.
  • Engage in comprehensive prospecting activities, including lead qualification, cold outreach, and sales presentations.
  • Work alongside experienced customer service and technical support teams to achieve and surpass your sales objectives.
  • Utilize various tools, resources, and CRM systems to organize and optimize your time and territory management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A 4-year degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, or a 2-year technical degree in an industrial field is preferred.
  • Fluid Power Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales, particularly in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components, is preferred.
  • Experience in the rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment for both mobile and industrial applications is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel overnight may be required.
