Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Specialist to join our team at CityVet. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all visitors to our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interface Management: Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and partner with the team to provide proper discharge information for various services.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
- Client Welcome and Support: Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in for their appointment, notify clients of any appointment delays, and provide care during their wait.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Age: At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
