About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Education Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Home Health clinical team, you'll play a vital role in building, delivering, and continuously improving our orientation and clinical education program. Your expertise will ensure that our clinicians receive the highest-quality training and support to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs for field RNs and LPNs, including one-on-one training and direct patient care.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person clinical education sessions, implementing educational strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards and parameters.
  • Orient new clinicians to our care centers, including clinical home health care, policies, and procedures, documentation, technology, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the learning experience, providing timely feedback and evaluating mentees' performance to ensure they're capable of working independently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and RN License.
  • Experience in Certified Homecare and OASIS Proficiency.
  • Clinical excellence and proficiency in a wide variety of clinical skills, including wound care, home infusions, and complex wound care.
  • Proficiency with multiple EMRs, including Epic, McKesson, and HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB).
  • Experience with virtual education programming and content delivery, as well as clinical supervisory and education experience.
