Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, the position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on performance.

Job Description

This Rental Sales and Management Trainee role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales and management within the rental industry. As a member of our dynamic team, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate data within the marketing database, generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads, managing rental asset processes, and meeting overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.

You will also be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative on a voluntary basis or as scheduled by your supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
