Job Description:
Fleet Maintenance Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance facility, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance operations environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
