Office Manager/Bookkeeper F/T Position

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team at Enterprise Technology Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including financial management, human resources, and general administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable using QuickBooks Pro
* Answer incoming calls, take information on service calls, and communicate with partnered manufacturers, bonding companies, and equipment vendors
* Balance bank accounts, control HR issues, and make ready accounting for CPA
* Order materials on awarded contracts and perform general office duties

**Requirements:**

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
