Position Overview:
The Fire Safety Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new business sales, leases, and service agreements for low voltage products, including fire alarm inspections and services across various sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, municipal, and correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with potential clients and qualified leads through scheduled sales calls and follow-ups on marketing strategies.
2. Finalize sales of fire alarm systems and upgrades, supporting recurring service customers.
3. Maintain an active proposal backlog to align with the sales strategy.
4. Cultivate existing customer relationships while developing new ones to foster growth.
5. Collaborate with other WSFP teams to support initiatives within your territory.
6. Understand and utilize company pricing worksheets and contract terms effectively.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling proposal presentations that address the prospect's fire and life safety concerns.

Qualifications:
- NICET Level II certification is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in the fire alarm and low voltage sector.
- Familiarity with Fire Alarm, Fire Alarm Monitoring, Fire Suppression, and Emergency Evacuation systems.
- Experience collaborating with electrical contractors and the ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Strong prospecting abilities and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is highly recommended.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Valid Driver's License required in accordance with company policy.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
