Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. Our team is dedicated to providing a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Travel to and from pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in the Bay area, utilizing a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings, as well as other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be comfortable traveling approximately 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
- Have the ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
- Be capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
- Be willing to learn a structured and proven sales process.
- Have a strong desire and ability to close the sale.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends.
Compensation
- Enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions equal to 8% of revenue generated on sales contracts.
- Participate in a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity.
- Average annual earning opportunity of $200,000-$300,000+.
- Receive $25 per hour through completion of the initial phase of the Company's comprehensive introductory training program.
- Be eligible for a salary of $1000 per week, plus commissions up to 2% of revenue generated on sales contracts, inclusive of expenses.
