Therapist for Residential Treatment
We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team at Clementine Lake Oswego, a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. As a member of our team, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. Your expertise will help adolescents and their families navigate the challenges of recovery and develop healthy coping mechanisms. You will also participate in discharge and aftercare planning and provide therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food. A deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is essential. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience.
