Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and experienced clinician to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a flexible and dynamic work environment. Sessions take place where clients feel most comfortable—whether it's in their home, at a coffee shop, or other safe community locations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments and create personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to guide clients through their healing journey.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DHS, parole/probation, schools, and community partners, to provide holistic support for the individuals you serve.

Requirements
  • Licensed or eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a professional counselor, social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with adolescents and families, along with expertise in various clinical interventions and mental health assessments.
  • Deep understanding of the effects of complex trauma and sexual abuse, with a commitment to providing empathetic, person-centered care to high-risk, disadvantaged youth.
