Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, including a $60,000 - $75,600 annual salary for unlicensed clinicians and $65,000 - $90,800 for licensed clinicians. Job Description

As a Mental Health Therapist Specialist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. You will also participate in discharge and aftercare planning, providing safe and affirming care for each client based on their unique circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline and a state license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field. Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred. Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is essential.
