You will work closely with Agents and Assistants to provide them with crucial reports to support forecasting and collections.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. As a Sales Operations Representative, you will be responsible for conducting weekly meetings with the Sales Operations Team to provide updates on client booking status, regularly meeting with assigned agents and assistants to ensure accurate and complete booking data and reports, and scheduling and overseeing client bookings entered by assistants to maintain accuracy and completeness.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on invoices, statements, collections, debits, and client account inquiries, utilizing existing reporting with agents to support forecasting, collections, and insights into client performance, preparing payment settlements and investigating payment discrepancies as required, initiating invoicing processes and monitoring accounts receivable, actively pursuing collections, and responding promptly to inquiries from agents and other stakeholders.

As a Sales Operations Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a talented team of professionals to drive business results. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships grounded in trust and confidentiality, providing assistance with ad hoc requests and projects as necessary, and working closely with Agents and Assistants to provide them with crucial reports to support forecasting and collections.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, 1+ years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook. You will also need to be highly organized with strong attention to detail, self-motivated and tenacious, and able to handle a high volume of transactions.
