We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Valet to join our team at Troon International. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
  • Distribute claim tickets and ensure their return when the guest retrieves their vehicle
  • Assist guests when entering and exiting their vehicles
  • Ensure claim tickets are attached to keys when in the property's possession and accounted for at all times
  • Operate vehicles with safety at all times, using extreme caution when driving in the parking lots and observing all speed limits
  • Return all cars to their owners in the same manner and condition they were taken
  • Follow the valet station guidelines for setting up and breaking down of the valet station
  • Provide direction and information regarding the property's facilities
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • One to three months related experience; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Clean DMV driving record required
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work AM weekday shifts (part-time hours)
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours
  • Warm, welcoming smile and a positive attitude
