YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Drive results to achieve or surpass store objectives and company goals

  • Meet personal sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies that yield positive business outcomes.
  • Assist the Store Manager by providing real-time coaching, role-playing, and motivating team members to enhance performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in identifying and leveraging community partnerships that benefit both the store and the local area.
Foster a cooperative team atmosphere that recognizes achievements while encouraging accountability and individual/team contributions
  • Create a motivating work environment where all employees are inspired to excel.
  • Help the Store Manager acknowledge and reward individual and team successes using existing tools and programs, while also discovering innovative recognition methods.
  • Encourage and promote a robust sales and service culture within a retail environment.
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a pipeline for current and future business needs.
Execute and uphold store standards to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational activities, including financial transactions and payroll.
  • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring inventory accuracy through effective receiving, processing of damages, and annual inventory assessments.
  • Implement plans, directives, and schedules while acting with urgency to adapt to changing priorities and business demands.
  • Monitor and respond to communications from district and corporate offices throughout the day.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience in retail sales and supervisory roles, ideally in a specialty retail setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS/laptop/handheld systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
