Role Overview
The Flexographic Printing Specialist will be responsible for the operation of assigned flexographic presses, ensuring optimal safety, quality, and production efficiency while minimizing costs, energy consumption, and waste.

Key Responsibilities
1. Uphold Environmental Health & Safety standards, adhering to all policies and procedures to enhance facility performance.
2. Operate flexographic presses according to established specifications, including manufacturing and customer requirements.
3. Monitor and maintain product quality by identifying and removing defects.
4. Conduct standard quality assurance tests and complete necessary documentation, including production and quality reports.
5. Strive to meet production targets while minimizing machine downtime and transition times.
6. Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Maintain accurate data entry and generate required paperwork in a timely manner.
8. Ensure a clean and safe working environment by performing housekeeping duties and adhering to GFSI and 5S standards.
