Position Overview
As a vital member of our workforce, you will operate the designated flexographic press, ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency while minimizing costs and waste. Your role is crucial in our collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives, aiming to improve performance.
- Operate the flexographic press in accordance with specifications, upholding quality standards.
- Perform quality assurance tests and accurately complete necessary documentation.
- Achieve production targets effectively.
- Reduce downtime and enhance machine performance.
- Quickly address and resolve equipment issues.
- Accurately input data and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
- Consistently adhere to GFSI and 5S standards.
- Participate in WCOM activities as assigned.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with knowledge of mechanical equipment (preferred).
