KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities for the Sales Consultant position include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieving dealership sales targets.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.

  • Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle preferences.
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and operations in the showroom or during test drives.
  • Recommending additional equipment for purchase.
  • Researching the availability of models and optional features.
  • Engaging in business development activities.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, demonstrating strong communication skills, and fostering a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proven customer service experience is essential.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Successfully completing a Motor Vehicle Record check and background screening.
  • Possessing a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
