About the Role:

Fleet Feet is the largest running retailer in the country, with over 260 stores and a robust e-commerce site. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the heart and sole of our brand, providing unmatched service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions.
  • Participate in training and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brand.

  • A flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available to work 3 full weekend shifts each month.
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred.

Work Environment:

The position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. The work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
