Job Title: Educational Program Coordinator

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support services to families in our shelters, ensuring that they have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for families in our shelters, including workshops, counseling sessions, and other support services.
  • Collaborate with shelter staff, social workers, and other stakeholders to identify the educational needs of families and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide individualized support to families, including case management, counseling, and advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies, to access resources and services for families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in educational program coordination or a related field.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000-$55,000 annually.
