Role Summary and RequirementsAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver direct nursing care to pre and post-operative patients, including those undergoing total joint replacements, bariatric procedures, orthopedic surgeries, and more. This role is set in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that offers opportunities to refine your nursing skills and advance towards critical care in a Level 2 Trauma facility.
- In this role, you will administer prescribed medications, perform dressing changes, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
- Our nursing team is responsible for tracking, documenting, and communicating patient conditions using computerized systems.
- Recognizing and addressing changes in patient conditions, such as post-operative bleeding, pain management, and anesthesia complications, will be key responsibilities.
- You will collaborate with care providers, patient families, and physicians to coordinate discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or a valid compact state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
