Key Responsibilities- Provide enhanced client service by enthusiastically greeting clients, engaging in conversation, and moving throughout the lobby to interact with clients and serve them.
- Promote digital awareness by exploring and educating clients on alternative digital channels of delivery, products, and services.
- Foster a positive culture by possessing and displaying a positive approach in managing change, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and being the source of outstanding client and employee experiences.
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail by performing accurate transactions, maintenance for clients, account opening, and consumer lending at a high level.
- Seek professional development opportunities by taking advantage of progressing from opening accounts to consumer, home equity loans/lines, and mortgage lending through four levels of universal associate training and beyond.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
- A criminal background check will be conducted, and obtainment of a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, possess professional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate to clients directly and optimally.
- Ability to utilize telephone systems, possess good digital literacy, and prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, debit card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines, and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
