The Opportunity:

  • Allocate inventory to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Create and assign locations for new inventory items as needed.
  • Ensure physical inventory accuracy and maintain precise records within the Proseal ERP system, including conducting weekly, monthly, and annual inventory checks.
  • Compile and distribute inventory reports to management as required.
  • Receive and fulfill all bills of materials necessary for internal production and customer orders.
  • Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they are accurately recorded in the company’s system.
  • Verify that packages contain the correct quantities; report any discrepancies or damaged items to the procurement department.
  • Monitor inventory movement and complete transfer forms for accounting purposes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company database and all relevant aspects of the role.
  • Sign for deliveries and assist in unloading materials when necessary.
  • Maintain proper organization and cleanliness in the storage area.
  • Assist in processing and shipping both domestic and international orders as needed.
  • Help in palletizing tools and loading machines onto trucks when required.
  • Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to build and maintain collaborative relationships as part of a team.
  • Exhibit reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technology-based Associate's Degree or vocational training.
  • Experience operating a forklift is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Compliance with safety clothing and equipment requirements.
  • Capability to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb ladders.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

Air-conditioned warehouse with concrete flooring, working alongside machinery and forklifts.
