Job Summary

The Document Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation at Hillsboro Technical Operations (HTO). This position is responsible for administering standard operating procedures, work instructions, safety plans, and drawings for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities.

The successful candidate will serve as the documentation administrator, obtaining subject matter expert feedback and engaging in continuous improvement activities to enhance document control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide document control administration for equipment, utilities, and Health & Safety.
  • Obtain subject matter expert feedback for technical documents and continuous improvement activities.
  • Interact with a cross-functional team to deliver on business objectives.
