Job Overview

Hawkins Ash CPAs is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to provide support to our St. Charles office.

As a Seasonal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including answering phones, providing support to office team members, and scheduling appointments.

You will also assist with client billing, assemble reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will have two years of experience in a similar position, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
