Join Our Growing Team: We are expanding our Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory (TCIA) team. This role is available in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with federal credits and incentives projects, including R&D tax credit analyses, employee retention credits, and other federal incentive services.
  • Enhance your technical expertise in specific industries or service offerings to address complex challenges.
  • Conduct interviews with technical staff and review documentation to substantiate credits and incentive opportunities.
  • Organize and manage client data sources for credits and incentives analysis.
  • Support project teams by tracking engagement status and outlining next steps.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients with both tax and technical backgrounds.
  • Oversee the preparation of final deliverables for clients.
  • Assist in evaluating intricate scenarios related to various credits and incentives.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in accounting is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with 150 credit hours.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in R&D tax incentives, as well as federal and state incentives.
  • Interest in depreciation, capitalization, fixed asset reviews, and cost segregation is advantageous.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to engage in all facets of strategic planning initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
