WC Claims Examiner Job Description

Hornet Staffing is seeking a skilled WC Claims Examiner to join our team. As a WC Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving workers' compensation claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claim Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation claims to determine validity and extent of damage.
  • Claim Resolution: Negotiate and adjudicate claims to ensure fair and timely resolution.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with claimants, clients, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze claims data and prepare reports for clients and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in claims or a similar organization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
