We are seeking an intern to assist our Human Capital team in supporting Training & Development as well as general human resources functions within the department. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, adaptable, and comfortable utilizing various technological platforms, with a passion for client service and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm logistics with presenters for upcoming training sessions.
  • Oversee training operations, including sending invitations, recording sessions, tracking attendance, conducting analysis, and fulfilling post-session requirements.
  • Devise and implement innovative strategies to improve training efficiencies.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on new platforms, technologies, and resources.
  • Update Barnum's internal intranet, B-1, with information on training sessions and HR updates.
  • Design surveys and collect feedback following training sessions.
  • Assist with overall event coordination, including liaising with internal specialists, managing catering arrangements, and, if necessary, aiding with travel and accommodation logistics.
  • Engage in training sessions to acquire new skills and promote a culture of learning.
  • Proactively manage internal platforms and systems such as Salesforce, online folders, and shared documents to ensure information remains current and accurate.
  • Maintain guidelines, policies, procedures, and HR manuals for employees and contracted associates.
  • Provide ad hoc support on assigned projects and any escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
