Job Overview

As a BDC Representative at Patrick Motor Group, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for sales customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text, and proactively pursue additional leads to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through various channels, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Set quality appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals, and contribute to the overall success of the motor group.
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet specified monthly targets and goals, and be ready to adapt to changing sales strategies and initiatives.
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to sit for long periods of time, use their hands to handle objects, and repeat the same movements for extended periods. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary, as well as the ability to speak clearly for up to 7-8 hours a day.
