Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth activities and teams in our North America region.

Responsibilities

You will lead the implementation of regional growth priorities and strategies, ensuring strong alignment and integration with direct and indirect channels, ATPs, organizations, government, revenue-generating marketing campaigns, communications, customer care, and experience.

You will manage partnerships, agreements, and deals with global executive council members, key accounts, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  2. 7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels.
  3. Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups.
  4. Track record of successful channel and B2B management, including integration of market planning across diverse areas.
  5. Experience in developing partnerships and agreements that serve the business.
  6. Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing multiple competing opportunities.

Compensation

The salary offer will be based on several factors, including the candidate's demonstrated skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. The estimated salary range is $145,000 - $170,000 per year.
