Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the planning and execution of PEMB construction initiatives, ensuring effective budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, pinpointing critical milestones and monitoring overall project advancement.
  • Guarantee that all project outputs are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and meet the established quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee project teams, including subcontractors, to facilitate successful project completion.

Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and adept problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Project is necessary, and a willingness to travel to various project sites is crucial.
