Job Summary

ElectriCom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee a crew of 3-5 members in the utility construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, developing project plans, and coordinating activities with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet production schedules
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-5 crew members
  • Assist with training and development of crew members

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the utility/construction industry
  • Valid CDL license
  • At least 5 years of experience operating Bore
  • Ability to travel
