ERG Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CAD PAD Production Engineer to join our team. As a CAD PAD Production Engineer, you will be responsible for executing all engineering tasks related to material and end-item production support.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform engineering calculations to support process design, including mass and energy balances, heat transfer, and pump sizing.
- Evaluate and optimize existing or planned equipment and processes for efficiency, modifications, and maintenance.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with client procurement teams to acquire necessary operational equipment.
- Draft, review, and revise technical documentation such as SOPs, equipment and facility drawings, and P&IDs.
- Carry out engineering, safety, and quality control analyses.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including quality testing and manufacturing departments.
- BS or MS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. CAD/PAD experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the initiative to engage with personnel and navigate solutions, even when initial problem statements are unclear.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations.

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
