Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Analyst in Customer Analytics, your role will encompass:

  • Driving testing, recommendations, and innovative ideas for this renowned online retailer.
  • Utilizing data to inform strategic decision-making, particularly in interpreting and applying new tools and datasets for optimization.
  • Supporting the marketing team with comprehensive reporting and analysis across various campaign types, including search, affiliate, email, display, social media, online video, and audio.
  • Collaborating with the marketing systems team and external partners to ensure accurate data flow into multi-touch attribution systems.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in leveraging data to generate business insights and recommendations.
  • Proven experience in analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • A creative, strategic, and technical mindset, with a strong aptitude for A/B testing and personalization.

Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in SQL is essential, including experience in crafting complex SQL queries and utilizing Tableau for data visualization. Familiarity with analytics tools such as SAS, R, Python, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Additionally, knowledge of marketing tools like Google Adwords, Facebook, DCM, DV360, and Linkshare is beneficial. A background in data science or statistics is a significant plus. Candidates with a Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields, along with relevant internship experience, will also be considered.
