Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical research projects, including study visits, data collection, and sample processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRB approvals, informed consent, and data safety and monitoring plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to research participants, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with research staff, including principal investigators, to achieve project objectives and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, plus a minimum of three years of clinical research laboratory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of research protocols, principles, and procedures, including ethics and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with clinical trials, including screening, interviewing, and case report forms.
  • Knowledge of experimental design, mathematics, statistics, and computer applications.
  • Ability to work with hazardous materials, including Safe-Pack training for shipping.
