Compensation:
Production Operator: $19.00-$21.50/hour (Overtime at 1.5x pay rate)
Packaging Technician: $24.00-$26.00/hour (Overtime at 1.5x pay rate)
Work Shifts: Future potential for 12-hour shifts.
- Shift 1: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Shift 3: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are currently in search of Manufacturing Assembly Specialists and Packaging Technicians for a leading global medical device organization. The Manufacturing Assembly Specialists will be engaged in the assembly of inhalers, transdermal patches, or nasal sprayer devices, while the Packaging Technicians will oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery, acting as line leaders. These roles are crucial for maintaining production efficiency, safety, and quality control, requiring collaboration with maintenance and quality assurance teams.
Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates with experience in aerospace assembly, electronic assembly, machine operation in food, pharmaceutical, or medical sectors, kit assembly, compounding, sample testing, raw material handling, or warehouse assembly lines are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, clean, set up, and adjust packaging machinery in accordance with safety protocols, GMPs, and packaging standards.
- Accurately document production data in compliance with SOPs and GMPs.
- Verify material counts delivered to production lines and manage returns and transfers as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Efficiently manage serialization processes.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred for Production role; Associate's degree preferred for Packaging role.
- Ability to assemble and operate packaging equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of GMP-regulatory and safety processes.
- Capability to lift 25-65 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to adjust shifts, work overtime, or assist in other departments as necessary.
- Willingness to wear a respirator as required.
