Position Summary:

The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through pre-arrival communications, managing booking logistics, and confirming reservations. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests, this position is ideal for you.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available.
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.76 per hour.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time and part-time hours available.
  • Skill Level: Entry-level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responds to guest inquiries both in person and via phone.
  • Maintains a tidy and safe work environment, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with other departments.
  • Adheres to daily procedures, accurately completing all necessary reports and familiarizing oneself with all resort offerings.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $22.76 per hour. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors.
