As a full-time Associate Selling Team Leader at AEO, you will be the Store Team Leader's trusted partner in driving business strategy and leading daily operations. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: As a key LOD, you will maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and contribute to the store's financial success by analyzing reporting and making strategic business decisions.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: You will motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, hold them accountable to customer service standards, and prioritize training and development to ensure outstanding service.
  • Talent Acquisition and Training: You will recruit and hire strong talent, prioritize training and development, and ensure your team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: You will consistently provide ongoing performance feedback, prioritize team touch bases and development plans, and drive associate engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
  • Visual Standards and Fitting Rooms: You will support the team in maintaining visual standards and ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
  • Integrity and Compliance: You will ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
