  • Quality Assurance and Control

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
  • Administrative and Technical Duties
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, policies, and procedures.
    • Certifications and Licenses
      • Current certification as a pharmacy technician or pharmacist.
      • State licensure as a pharmacy technician or pharmacist, as required.
