Position Summary:
The firm is in search of a Branch Operations Specialist to support its operational functions. This position demands exceptional interpersonal abilities alongside strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the daily operations to uphold operational excellence.
- Assist in the client onboarding process.
- Manage and process essential documentation.
- Support audit preparation activities.
- Communicate proficiently with personnel at the home office.
- Engage with branch staff and various management levels.
- Handle routine and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to the home office.
- Participate in cross-training across different roles within the Operations sector.
- Demonstrate willingness to undertake additional responsibilities.
- Assist Branch Control Officers with the syndicate process.
Required Qualifications:
- FINRA Registration: Series 99 or 7 and 63 required (to be obtained within 6 months of employment).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in brokerage operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Adept at navigating various computer systems and applications to retrieve information.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
