We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the Finance team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records, including expense reports, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues with attention to detail.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
- Support the Finance team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
