We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Workplace Technologies & Services segment.

Your ImpactAs a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Mastery of core capabilities of innovative products, solutions, and technologies from Canon Solutions America and third-party providers.
- Promoting these benefits to current and prospective customers to effectively drive sales results and consistently achieve individual and team revenue goals.
- Proficiently learning and utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.
- Actively contacting an assigned account base via direct calls, customized email campaigns, and social media platforms to develop sales opportunities and establish engagement.
- Conducting in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, while leading strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and other stakeholders to identify customer requirements, competitive trends, and business challenges/organizational needs.
- Focusing on an optimal customer experience throughout the sales process by developing strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term requirements of the customer to help generate new revenue streams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred), plus three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
- An unwavering passion, aptitude, and interest to learn a variety of new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
- A successful track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
- Strong communication skills centered around a desire to build solid working relationships.
- The ability to effectively work independently and manage time precisely.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $50,000 - $63,160, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Savings Plan, discretionary profit sharing, discretionary success sharing, educational assistance, recognition programs, vacation, and much more.
