Salary
$20-$23 per hour for this full-time position, with 40 hours worked per week and Sundays off. Additionally, you'll receive a 401(k) plan with company match and paid time off accrual.

Job Description
The Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling them accordingly. Key duties include processing warranty claims on a timely basis, verifying criteria required by the factory or distributor, and resubmitting all rejected claims promptly. You'll also be responsible for tracking warranty parts, arranging for parts to be shipped, and filing and maintaining all service records as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a working knowledge of computers, including MS Word and Excel. You should be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Previous experience dealing with warranty claims is desired.
