Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier service to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and at ease while awaiting their seating.
  • Cultivate and maintain personal relationships with guests, recognizing them by name.
  • Analyze reservation logs in the system to devise the most efficient seating strategy.
  • Review guest profiles, including notes and special requests, to enhance the service experience.
  • Update and maintain the reservation database with detailed notes and modifications as necessary.

Knowledge of menu offerings, seating arrangements, and table numbers is essential.
