Job Summary:
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workforce Development and Training team, you will be responsible for designing and developing training dashboards and analytics that meet State Regulatory Compliance training requirements and enterprise business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team to collect and compile training metrics and data from various sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS) and third-party sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards of training KPIs and scorecards, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns with attention to compliance training, certificate programs for RNs and TMs, leadership development, and other enterprise-wide training initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data, auditing training data, and troubleshooting irregularities.
- Report training status updates, including completions, to field operations leadership to support state-specific and enterprise-wide regulatory compliance training.
- Manage project deliverables and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in data and analytics.
- Knowledge of various reporting tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or OTBI, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel: Macros and Excel Pivots required).
- Project management and administration/program management experience and understanding of project management methodologies.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal agility and resilience.
- Must respect the confidential nature of Human Resources.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, informatics, HRIS, or business applications.
