Construction Project Manager

The Construction Manager position at Uniti is a critical role that oversees the entire construction process. This includes route planning, material and labor logistics, scheduling, quality control, and reporting. The CM directs and supervises both Uniti Fiber staff and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction plans and strategies
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Working Conditions:
