Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of hourly employees to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and direct restaurant activities during peak periods to ensure efficient service and maximum sales.
  • Monitor sales, employee hours, and guest counts to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with exempt management personnel to build strong team relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Denco Family's policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by exempt management personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one or more years of experience as an hourly restaurant employee with Denco Family or similar experience.
  • Completion of all e-learning job code modules and management food safety certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as well as lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
